Here’s how to find the 3 wanted whistleblowers in Goat Simulator 3:
- Travel to the Downtown area of the map.
- Go to the Police Station and interact with the three Wanted posters in front (look for the exclamation mark) to start the Wanted: Whistleblowers quest.
- Find and capture the three whistleblowers (all wearing red suits and whistling — listen for the sound):
- Goldilocks: Exit the police station, turn right, and look next to the two ATMs on the corner.
- Tinker Bell: Head down the street from the station toward the comedy bar / food court area. Go up the stairs on the north side of the raised platform.
- Big Bad Wolf: Go to the Tell Us Plaza building (near the construction site or port area). Climb to the rooftop or upper level near the water tower / back-left corner.
- Lick each whistleblower to pick them up, then carry or drag them back to the police station.
- Throw or drop them into any open jail cell inside the station (one per cell works best to avoid glitches).
- Once all three are locked up, the quest completes and you unlock the Police Cap (and glasses).
