Are you looking to change the language in Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered?
By default, the language that is spoken in the game is English.
However, you can change it to another language in your Steam Library.
Here are the supported audio languages: Arabic, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Portuguese – Brazil, Russian, Spanish – Spain, and Spanish – Latin America.
Here are the supported text languages: Chinese – Traditional, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, English, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese, Portuguese – Brazil, Russian, Spanish – Spain, Spanish – Latin America, and Swedish.
In this guide, you’ll learn how to change the language in Spider-Man Remastered on Steam or Epic Games.
How to change the language in Spider-Man Remastered

- Go to your Steam Library.
- Right-click “Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered”.
- Select “Properties…”.
- Select “Language” on the left sidebar.
- Click on the language dropdown box.
- Select the language that you want to change to.
After you’ve selected the language that you want to change to, you need to wait for it to download.
Once it’s downloaded, launch Spider-Man Remastered.
Now, the language in the game will be changed to the one that you’ve selected.
If the above method doesn’t help (or you’ve purchased the game on Epic Games), you need to use Regedit to change the game’s language.
To do so, search for “Regedit” using Windows search and navigate to HKEY_Current_User\Software\Insomniac Games\Marvel’s Spider-man Remastered Open DWORD: TextLanguage.
1b = Greek (this might be your default language), 01 = English, and 03 = German.
Before doing any additional troubleshooting, make sure to back up your saved data.
If you’re not satisfied with the game or if the language still has issues, you can request a refund on Steam.
