How to force restart Roblox on mobile

For iOS devices:
- Swipe up from the bottom of your screen.
- Navigate to the Roblox card.
- Swipe up the Roblox card to force exit it.
- Reopen Roblox and try accessing the Marketplace.
For Android devices:
- Open the Settings app.
- Select “Apps” followed by “App management”.
- Scroll down and select “Roblox”.
- Tap on “Force stop” twice.
- Reopen Roblox and try accessing the Marketplace.
How to force restart Roblox on a PC

- Press CTRL + ALT + DEL and select “Task Manager”.
- Right-click “Roblox Game Client”.
- Select “End Task” to force exit it.
- Reopen the Roblox Player and try accessing the Marketplace.
