To get a Soothe Bell in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, you need to go to any Delibird Presents shop.

Once you’re there, select “General goods”, scroll down, and buy a Soothe Bell for 5,000.

Here’s how to get a Soothe Bell:

  1. Go to any Delibird Presents shop (red-colored shops) that are located in Mesagoza, Levincia, and Cascarrafa.
  2. Select “General goods”, scroll down, and buy a Soothe Bell for 5,000.

A Soothe Bell is a comforting chime that makes a Pokemon friendly.

Do note that some items in the game require you to obtain a certain number of gym badges before they are available for sale.

Most items are unlocked once you’ve obtained 6 gym badges.
