These GIFs are taken directly from the GIPHY website.
GIPHY is a search engine for GIFs that is acquired by Meta in May 2020.
You can search for any GIF you want and Instagram will retrieve it from GIPHY.
However, not all users have the feature and you might be wondering how to get it.

Some users claimed that they have it while others said that they don’t have it.
Each time Instagram launches something new, they will test it out.
The testing phase can take weeks to months to complete.
