Fix 2: Lower the FIFA 23 display configuration
- Launch FIFA 23 and open the in-game settings.
- Select “Display Configuration”.
- Turn off “Dynamic Resolution Scale”.
- Turn off “Strand Based Hair”.
- Set the “Rendering Quality” to “Medium/Low”.
