The Meta Verified option is not showing on Instagram because it’s not available in your country yet.
It’s currently only available in the United States, Australia, and New Zealand for people 18 years old or above.
If you’re living outside of those countries, you won’t have access to the bundle yet.
In addition, only personal accounts are eligible to become Meta Verified.

When you join the waitlist and opt-in to marketing-related electronic communications, you’ll be notified when Meta Verified is available to you.
Here’s how to join the waitlist for Meta Verified:
- Navigate to an Instagram profile that is currently Meta Verified.
- Tap on the person’s username.
- Select “Join the waitlist for Meta Verified”.
