To Pickup the Letter of Introduction and Tracker from the Vondel Zoo Dead Drop in DMZ, you need to go to the southwest of the zoo (D7).

Once you’re there, open the Dead Drop and pick up the tracing device and the letter of introduction.

Here’s how to do this (expand the screenshots above):

1. Go to the southwest of the zoo (D7).
2. Open the Dead Drop and pick up the tracing device and the letter of introduction.

After you’ve picked up both items, the objective will be completed.

In the next part of the mission, you need to bring both items to anothe Dead Drop.
