Resident Evil Requiem Monitor Control Room Safe Code

Resident Evil Requiem is the ninth mainline entry in Capcom’s legendary survival horror franchise.

Follow veteran agent Leon S. Kennedy and a new protagonist, FBI analyst Grace Ashcroft.

Toggle between first-person view for Grace’s stealth and a third-person camera for Leon’s action.

The game blends classic resource management and environmental puzzles with cutting-edge visuals.

In this guide, you’ll learn the ARK Monitor Control Room safe code in Resident Evil Requiem, its location, and how to get it.

Resident Evil Requiem Monitor Control Room Safe Code

Code: Left 50 → Right 60 → Left 80

(On Insanity difficulty: Right 20 → Left 0 → Right 70)

Location: The safe is found on a table next to an open steel case inside the Monitor Control Room, in the ARK facility. To reach it, use the Magnetic Key on the red door by the typewriter upstairs, which leads to the Lobby. Enter the first green door on the left. Note: if you pass through the red door in the Lobby after the Relapsed Panel puzzle, you will be locked out (open this safe before moving on).

Solution: The safe code file is found in Bioweapon Repository 05. Progress through the room and check one of the containers on the right-hand wall. Spin the dial left until you hit 50, then right until you hit 60, and finally left until you hit 80. Wait until you complete all 3 dial turns before attempting to open the safe (pulling the handle early will reset your input). The reward is an Empty Bottle, a Bottle of Acid, and a Med Injector.
