The issue is a square shadow that appears when the sim is inside.

If you uncheck the gender tag, they will work on every sim.

The pictures are taken with the HQ mode and almost all pieces work with it except some of the old ones.
After you’ve downloaded the files, make sure to unzip them before you transfer them into your mods folder.
In addition, you need to make sure to delete the creator’s old items if you have them in your mods folder.
