You also need to have less than 5,000 followers to access the feature.

1. Contact TikTok
The first method is to contact TikTok.
There are a couple of ways to contact TikTok.
You can either report a problem on the app or use the TikTok feedback form.
To report a problem on the app, navigate to your profile > Menu > Settings and privacy > Report a problem.
After you’ve tapped on “Report a problem”, select the appropriate help categories, tap on “Need more help?”, describe your issue, and tap on “Report”.
The second way is to use the TikTok feedback form.
Once you’re on the form, enter your email address (that is linked to your TikTok account) and username.
Select “Change account information” as the topic and “Other” as the subtopic.
Lastly, describe the issue that you’re facing and submit the form.
TikTok will respond to you via email in 1 to 3 business days.
Here’s an example of a description, “Hi TikTok, I am above 16 years old and my account has less than 5,000 followers but I still don’t have the “Profile view history” feature. Please help me to fix this”.
Keep in mind that if you’re not at least 16 years old or you don’t have less than 5,000 followers, TikTok will not be able to help you.
This is because you don’t meet the requirements to see your profile views.
2. Create a new TikTok account
The requirements for the profile view history feature is to be at least 16 years old and you must have less than 5,000 followers.
If you don’t meet the requirements, your best bet is to create a new TikTok account.
Alternatively, you can use another TikTok account that has less than 5,000 followers.
To create a new account, open TikTok, tap on “Profile”, tap on your username on the top navigation bar, and tap on “Add account”.
After you’ve tapped on “Add account”, sign up using your phone number, email address, or social media platforms.
When you’re creating a new account, make sure to set your date of birth so that you’re 16 years old or above.
This is because the minimum age requirement for the profile view history feature is 16 years old.
Some users have the profile view history option on one TikTok account but not the other.
This is usually because they have more than 5,000 followers on one account.
Unfortunately, if you have more than 5,000 TikTok followers, you don’t have access to the profile view history option.
It’s not known why TikTok implemented this restriction, but you cannot bypass it unless you create a new account.
