How to Find Your Transaction History on Binance (For Taxes)

To find your transaction history on Binance, you need to navigate to your “Fiat and Spot” wallet and click on “Transaction History”.

Then, you’ll be able to download your transaction history by clicking on “Generate all statements”.

You can change the range of the statement before generating it.

You can change the range of the statement to latest 7 days, latest 30 days, and up to 1 year.

Once the statement is downloaded, you can import it into a cryptocurrency tax software like Bitcoin tax.

2. Click on “Wallet”, then click on “Fiat and Spot”

After you’ve clicked on the menu icon, you’ll see multiple tabs including “Wallet”, “Orders”, and “More”.

To navigate to your transaction history, you need to go to your “Fiat and Spot” wallet.

Firstly, click on “Wallet” to expand the tab.

Once the tab is expanded, you’ll see other tabs such as “Overview”, “Fiat and Spot”, “Margin”, and more.

Click on “Fiat and Spot” to go to your fiat and spot wallet.

3. Select “Transaction History”

At the top of the page, you’ll see a “Transaction History” and a “Convert Small Balance to BNB” link.

Click on “Transaction History” to see your transaction history on Binance.

If you’re using Binance on a desktop, you won’t be able to see these links.

Instead, the “Transaction History” can be found on the left sidebar of the page.

Click on the “Transaction History” tab if you’re using Binance on a desktop.

4. Click on “Generate all statements”

On the transaction history page, you’ll be able to see your deposit, withdrawal, transfer, distribution, and BNB conversion history.

Simply click on the related tab that you want to see your transaction history in.

You can also filter it by date, coin, and account.

In addition, you can download a statement of all of your transaction history.

To download your transaction history, click on “Generate all Statements”.

5. Change the range of the statement & click on “Generate”

After you’ve clicked on “Generate all Statements”, you’ll land on the “Generate all statements” page.

On the page, you’ll see multiple filters such as “Range”, “Account”, and “Coin”.

The filter that you want to edit is the “Range” filter.

By default, the “Range” filter is set to “Latest 3 months”.

To generate a statement of all of your transactions in the past year, you need to change it.

Click on the “Range” dropdown box.

Then, select “Latest 1 year” to change the range of transactions to a year.

You don’t have to modify the “Account” or “Coin” filters.

If you want to hide your transfer record, you can tick the “Hide transfer record” box.

Lastly, click on “Generate” to generate the statements.

6. Wait for a few hours & download the statement

After you’ve clicked on “Generate”, the status of it will be shown under the page.

You’ll be able to see the submission time, date, and status of the statement.

The statement typically takes a few hours to generate.

To see how long it takes to generate, you can check its status next to the “Status” column.

For example, if the statement takes 3 hours to generate, you’ll see an “Expected to be completed after 3H” status.

Once it’s done generating, click on “Download” to download it.

Then, you can import the statement into a cryptocurrency tax software like Bitcoin tax.

Keep in mind that you can only generate up to 5 times per month.

This is because generating records consumes a lot of server resources on Binance’s end.
