Fix 1: Update Pokemon GO

  • For Android: Open the Google Play Store > Search for “Pokemon GO” > Update.
  • For iPhone: Open the App Store > Search for “Pokemon GO” > Update.

Note: If you’ve installed Pokemon GO from a third-party site, uninstall it, and install it from the official App Store or Google Play Store.

Fix 2: Update your device

  • For Android: Open the Settings app > System update/Software update > Update.
  • For iPhone: Open the Settings app > General > Software update > Update.

  1. Open the Google Play Store and search for “ARCore”.
  2. Download “Google Play Services for AR”.
  3. Open the app and set it up.
