- On the “Check your notifications on another device” screen, select “Try another away”.
- Select “account recovery” under “Need another option?”.
- Select “Submit a photo of your ID”.
- Enter your email address and enter the verification code.
- Choose the type of ID to upload (e.g. National ID card).
- Upload a photo of your ID.
- Wait for 24 hours for Facebook’s response.

- For Android: Open the Phone app > More > Settings > Blocked numbers > Unblock all short numbers (e.g., 0905, 51555, 32665) > Try sending the code again.
Fix 4: Fill up the “Security checks preventing login” form
- Go to https://m.facebook.com/support/forms/flow_view?id=179049432194862.
- Include your name and email address.
- Describe that you’re getting the “We can’t send a code right now” error when you try to send an SMS code.
- Submit the form and wait for Facebook’s response.
