To solve “You do not have enough clearance” in Genshin Impact, you need to complete the “Golden Slumber” side quest.
Near the end of the quest, you’ll be given the Scarlet Sand Slate gadget where you can use to open the red mechanism.
Here are 3 steps to do this:
- Go to Aaru Village and talk to Bonifaz to start the “Golden Slumber” side quest and complete the objectives.
- Near the end of the quest, talk to Jebrael, talk to Tirzad, and you’ll receive the Scarlet Sand Slate gadget.
- Go back to the red mechanism and use the Scarlet Sand Slate gadget to open the door.
The Scarlet Sand Slate gadget gives you clearance to control various devices within the ruins King Deshret left behind.
One of the device is the red mechanism which can be used to open a door.
