To play the TikTok Marshmallow game, you need two or more players and everyone needs to create a rhythm by smacking their hands on a table while following a sequence of words.

The words that players need to say are “x Marshmallow” (e.g. One Marshmallow), “Check it out”, and “Woo!” respectively.

The goal of the game is to make it to as many Marshmallows as possible (e.g. Ten Marshmallow) without breaking the sequence.

Here is the correct sequence to the game:

  • Player 1: One Marshmallow.
  • Player 2: Check it out.
  • Player 1: Woo!
  • Player 2: Two Marshmallow.
  • Player 1: Two Marshmallow.
  • Player 2: Check it out.
  • Player 1: Check it out.
  • Player 2: Woo!
  • Player 1: Woo!
  • Player 2: Three Marshmallow.
  • Player 1: Three Marshmallow.
  • Player 2: Three Marshmallow.
  • Player 1: Check it out.
  • Player 2: Check it out.
  • Player 1: Check it out.
  • Player 2: Woo!
  • Player 1: Woo!
  • Player 2: Woo!
  • Player 1: Four Marshmallow.
  • Player 2: Four Marshmallow.
  • Player 1: Four Marshmallow.
  • Player 2: Four Marshmallow.
  • Player 1: Check it out.
  • Player 2: Check it out.
  • Player 1: Check it out.
  • Player 2: Check it out.
  • Player 1: Woo!
  • Player 2: Woo!
  • Player 1: Woo!
  • Player 2: Woo!
  • Etc., etc., etc.,

From the sequence above, players need to say each phrase until it matches the number of marshmallows.

For example, if there are “Four Marshmallow”, player 1 and player 2 have to say “Four Marshmallow” twice so that it adds up to four marshmallows.

In addition, player 1 and player 2 have to say “Check it out” followed by “Woo!” twice so that they are both said four times in total.

Note: You can also include more than 2 players in the game, but all of the players need to follow the same sequence (e.g. player 1: “One Marshmallow”, player 2 “Check it out”, player 3 “Woo!”).
