To find recently watched videos on Facebook, you need to navigate to your activity log.

After you’ve tapped on “Videos watched”, you’ll be able to see all of the videos that you’ve watched on Facebook.
If you’re looking to find a video that you’ve watched a week ago, you can filter the date to the previous week.
To do so, tap on the filter icon followed by “Date” and change the date.
