Fix 1: Wait for 1 to 3 business days

Fix 3: Subscribe to Meta Verified on Facebook and contact support

  1. Open the Facebook app and tap on the Menu icon on the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Expand “Professional access” and select “Meta Verified”.
  3. Subscribe to Meta Verified using any account.
  4. Go back to the homepage of Facebook and tap on the Menu icon on the bottom navigation bar.
  5. Tap on the arrow icon next to your name at the top of the page.
  6. Select “Go to Accounts Centre” and select “Meta Verified”.
  7. Select your verified profile and select “Get support”.
  8. Choose the issue that you need support for.
  9. Choose the “Live chat” or the “Email” option.
  10. Explain that your Instagram account was deactivated by mistake and you did not violate the TOS.
